Frontline Publishing claims to offer book marketing services in addition to publishing and ghostwriting. But I’m wondering—do they actually deliver on their marketing promises? Have you used Frontline Publishing for promotion? Did your book get meaningful exposure—like real sales, media mentions, or speaking gigs? Or was it mostly surface-level stuff like social media posts? I’d love to hear your experience or get suggestions for other book marketing services that work.
